Room clean and tidy, but dated.
The bathroom needs an upgrade and the toilet was way too low fir older folk.

The rooms were spacious and close to amenities
The temperature could not be regulated. The shower I'd built for very short people. Rubbish removal was questionable as once bin was full in apartment had nowhere to dump it.

Very tired facilities, need exhaust fans and new kitchen equipment, especially microwave
