Development of the facilities and management working for about 15 hours to safely operate one of the biggest Resort in Middle East
Maintenance and room service staff always ready and working to mange all gust requirements
Food need improvement and customer service shall be able to handle emergency booking changes with Booking.com and other Agencies that will be great help

I absolutely loved everything about this property! The location, the beautiful surroundings, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and, above all, the amazing service.
A special thank you to Morsy Tamer and Mohamed Ali, who took care of the housekeeping. They were always kind, professional and attentive, and our room was kept perfectly clean throughout our stay.
I would also like to give a special mention to Omar, who was exceptional. He was always available, attentive and genuinely caring. He regularly checked on us and asked if everything was going well, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The whole team was wonderful and made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for making us feel so welcome! ❤️

The resort is very beautiful,the activities,aqua park,pools,kids club,kids playground and swimming pools,all resort is WOW.You never get bored.Big thank you to Mohamed Ahmed,who clean our room(3215).He paid attention to our needs and he was polite and smilling to us,every day.Also we want to thank you to the doctor and his assistant in the clinic,they resolved our problem and they were caring and nice.They saved our holiday!Wish them all good!
Need big improvement into the food,every day same food,breakfast,lunch,dinner,even if you have many restaurants,as mediteranean,asian,it not follow the theme.After 3 days you get fed up of same food.Also some staff needs to get trained to speak english as well,not only russian,in order to understand guests needs and aproach every guest,to smile and talk ro them.The beach did not met our expectations,and also the trip booked with Max to Ras Mohammed and White Island was far different from what we were explained.Staff on the boat were asking money for everything,for life vests,water masks,glasses,even tips,dollars,dollars,all about money.
