Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Sharm El Sheikh

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Sharm El Sheikh! From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic, and everything was done to make sure we had the best possible holiday as a family. I would especially like to mention Ahmed (Glasses) at the front desk, who was exceptional. He went out of his way to make sure the room we were given was suitable for my family and made sure we were happy and comfortable. His kindness, professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. He genuinely went the extra mile, and we really appreciated everything he did for us. I also want to give a special mention to our housekeeper, Mahmoud Hassan, who was absolutely brilliant! He made sure my family had everything we needed and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever we had an issue or needed anything, he was always there to help and make sure it was resolved. His care, hard work and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference to our holiday. Both Ahmed and Mahmoud are a real credit to the resort! The food was fantastic, with so much choice that there was something for everyone. Another brilliant bonus was being able to visit the sister hotel and use their restaurants and facilities for free, including the funfair! What an amazing gesture from the resort and such a great extra for families. The water slides were fantastic, and everything was well organised and managed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. All the staff we encountered were friendly, polite and welcoming, and their excellent service really made our stay special. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday, and it was the little things, the kindness of the staff and the effort they put into making sure guests were happy, that made this resort stand out. We honestly couldn't have asked for much more!

Honestly, we had such a fantastic stay that I don't have any major complaints. Everything from the service to the food and facilities made our family holiday enjoyable. The staff really made the experience special, and we left with some lovely memories.

The property was fantastic for families and children the facilities were amazing.

There was no consistency with drinks, some were amazing some were poor.

The resort is very beautiful,the activities,aqua park,pools,kids club,kids playground and swimming pools,all resort is WOW.You never get bored.Big thank you to Mohamed Ahmed,who clean our room(3215).He paid attention to our needs and he was polite and smilling to us,every day.Also we want to thank you to the doctor and his assistant in the clinic,they resolved our problem and they were caring and nice.They saved our holiday!Wish them all good!

Need big improvement into the food,every day same food,breakfast,lunch,dinner,even if you have many restaurants,as mediteranean,asian,it not follow the theme.After 3 days you get fed up of same food.Also some staff needs to get trained to speak english as well,not only russian,in order to understand guests needs and aproach every guest,to smile and talk ro them.The beach did not met our expectations,and also the trip booked with Max to Ras Mohammed and White Island was far different from what we were explained.Staff on the boat were asking money for everything,for life vests,water masks,glasses,even tips,dollars,dollars,all about money.
