Comfy bed and air conditioning.
Good location and bike storage available
Poor value for money considering the room facilities.
No fridge in the room.
The air conditioner was faulty because temperature setpoint resets at 19 °C every 10 minutes.

The receptionist who checked us in, Dana was very helpful and friendly. Other people were nice, but we didn’t really experience any particular level of customer care after Check In. Breakfast was good and bar prices were very fair. I think if all the team were as helpful and pragmatic as Dana, things could be a lot more productive and welcoming. We would love to give this place a 10 but feel it only warrants an 8.
It was disappointing that when we departed after a few days, every table that we had used in the evening still had crumbs on them (we literally moved tables each night.) The room assistant came into our room onto two separate days when we were there. Once I was naked and the other fully clothed but a simple knock would have alleviated that. Thankfully, I was not too concerned. One day we missed our room being serviced at all.

The hotel does what it needs to without being exceptional in any area and is probably due a refresh shortly. It was a stopover on a road trip and perfectly adequate for that. The reception staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.
Generally beginning to look a little tired.
