The breakfast was adequate, the staff were wonderful, great location
Showers were terrible, no hot water and just a trickle of water even when it was fixed, very little in the kitchen, had to ask for a bottle opener, staff should check rooms to ensure everything working before check in as also flickering light in the bathroom that had to be addressed when first arrived

Clean comfortable Villa just steps from the heart of Seminyak. The pool was very private and relaxing, staff were very helpful but never pushy. Breakfast was delivered on time to our Villa each morning.
Up until 10 pm each night we heard music from the neighbouring warung. Apart from that the village was very quiet at night.

Breakfast provided was below average, communication was poor, response to concerns raised was not dealt professionally, manager seems to be too busy to respond and ground staff was not capable of handling situation like sudden turn off of water while taking shower, Jacuzzi not working, spa table not available while offering spa services, etc
