Lovely friendly staff and central location
We had malicious damage to our hire car during our stay. Nothing that the accommodation could control but unfortunate for us.

We were given an upgrade to a large room with an amazing view over the Macquarie Harbour. The location was perfect and we only had a short walk to local eateries and also to where we joined the Gordon River Cruise. The room was warm and clean and the bathroom was amazing!
Not all the facilities were operating, i.e. bar and restaurant as it was early September.
