The room was excellent and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we learned spoke a number of languages (thankfully English as well). We booked for 10 days which also had the Seville Flamenco festival near the end. Try to book outside of these times, as the room rate published outside the hotel went from €150 to €250 per night once the festival had started. Even with that, the hotel was fully booked out.
The hotel also held on to our cases for free in a secure room near reception, after we checked out, as our flight was not for another 8 hours. This was much appreciated.
The coffee machine could have been better. It took 2 runs to fill a mug of coffee, and if people were waiting, this would cause a delay. I mostly just used the jug of coffee to avoid waiting on the machine. The machine also did not really work out for hot water for tea either. A normal kettle was available to use, but had to be refilled by staff everyday, mostly by request. A different coffee / tea machine would go a long way in helping the breakfast experience.
The hotel was a bit out of the way also, but there was a bus service close by, and taxis could be booked easily.

Close to the airport, good value
The aircon didn’t work, the room was boiling hot. And on arrival it’s really not clear where you’re supposed to park. Ended up getting shouted at by some random man
