The neighborhood doesn't seem to have much to offer, but the hotel is just a block away from the subway, so it ends up being very convenient. Rooms are comfortable, for the Ibis standard.
Cleanliness could definitely be improved (but to be honest, that was an issue in all the hotels we stayed in Spain). There were strands of hair on the bathroom sink and the towels and we could see that the floor needed more cleaning. Also, they could offer bed covers, not just a blanket, especially because couples frequently have one person who's more comfortable in the air conditioning and the other who feels a bit cold.
