Hotel & Spa Resort Järvisydän

The interiors were superb, location was calm and the amenities amazing.

Some small cleanliness could be improved (dust).

- nice crisp bedsheets and soft blankets - beautiful forests around - large breakfast buffet - lounge chairs on the shared beach - smart kitchen design in the cottage with microwave, small fridge, cups, cuttlery, sink. - nearby parking request granted - mostly very friendly staff - knowledgable and kind guide on the Seal Tour in the national park - spacious, basic gym on the premises

- temperature regulation with the AC in cottage unclear / difficult - hiking trail indication in the nearby forest is misleading / not precise - hard to get fresh air in the cottage - you only get 1x spa access per stay and either bring your own towel or rent one - pasta dinner wasn‘t very hot - outdoor spa pool is not heated - some saunas in the spa were not very hot - changing room in the spa is badly designed (too many lockers, too little space) - yoga room can only be used when booking a class - breakfast buffet is the same every day - breakfast / dining room is a little bit dark

Fantastic location, very exciting architecture, calm.

We had a truly great experience and had a relaxing stay. The hotel territory is impressive especially when it’s dark, as well as a spa with various saunas and a swimming pool, and a delicious breakfast.

The only one thing which made our stay not that pleasant, mouse in spa!!! We saw mouse in the salt cave, and when we told to personnel about it, they apologized like it’s a normal thing :(
