The location was great as we were clearing up my daughter’s flat in Juan Carlos l after she finished at UCAM. Breakfast great.
The entrance to the carpark buzzer could be more conveniently located, maybe on top of the entrance machine.

The room was great value for money, we had an appointment within walking distance which made it an easy choice.

Location / lady of reception on Sunday evening was superb very helpful and ensured we had a lovely dinner and she was on her own

Beds were comfortable
We are both 80 years old are room on the first floor was next to the linen cupboard so noisy full of dirty linen all day we wanted to rest in afternoon but came to clean the room.There were no hand towels just a bath one each.Just 2 sockets in the room.
