The location and staff were fantastic!! Apartments were spotless and huge. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful and check in was super quick! Breakfast was delicious every morning.
I thought the bar was very poor and service very slow.

The location is great - short walk to the beach and a bit longer to the centre of Alvor. At the top of a hill though so take this into consideration. Very relaxed vibe around the place, staff friendly.
The hotel in general is in need of an update. It's clean but a bit rough around the edges. The indoor pool is very grotty and the pool room itself is ridiculously warm. A refresh would do the world of good for the hotel.

We stayed in a one bed apartment my husband daughter and myself .. it was a fantastic size and had two bathrooms . I could not recommend this hotel enough. We will be back
The pillows weren’t great but a tiny problem everything else was fabulous
