good welcome limited free parking but was not an issue. Quirky feel, excellent sized room and bathroom with decent shower over. Two fans. well lit. very comfortable with wardrobe and table and TV well stocked tea, coffee and hot chocolate with two bottles of water provided key to let yourself in from the street Central high street location good shops and cafes
pubs etc., about 15 mins walk from Chichester Cathedral and 20 minutes to the Theatre Choice of full english or muffins with poached or fried eggs
Was ok for us but there was no lift and a fairly steep staircase, which would be a problem for elderly or those with walking difficulty. Check but they do have music until 3am (earplugs provided) but not when we stayed

Location
No fridge in room, twin beds not double. Plug sockets to one side of bed only. Extremely poor parking. No rear entrance. Noise/vibrations until early hours
