Nice clean ling beach and the quietness of the hotel location

I loved everything about my stay, from the beautiful facilities to the exceptional service. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the whole experience made me feel truly at home and looked after. A special mention to Flavia from Guest Relations, who was absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive and genuinely caring.

The resort itself is beautiful, the activities are great, and the staff—especially at LUX* Belle Mare—were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. One thing I really appreciated was the beachfront location. The sunrise views were absolutely breathtaking, and the coral life just offshore was incredible, making snorkeling a wonderful experience. The only downside to the location is that it is quite far from most of the island’s main attractions and activities, so expect longer driving times if you plan to explore

The room did not reflect the standard of a luxury five-star resort. The bathroom showed clear signs of wear, with visible black mold-like spots around the shower, along with dust, stained furniture, and an unpleasant smell. Even the buffet dishes did not always appear clean.
