Amazingly friendly& helpful reception staff, rooms exceptionally clean & well presented.
Breakfast was really disappointing, nobody present to assist.

Very clean. Lovely helpful staff. Great location for town centre & port. Comfy bed.
Bathroom is set up more like a wet room and personally don’t like that when you need to use the loo in the night and the floor’s still wett.

The hotel is very well positioned, in a very convenient location, close to the esplanade. It is clean and has all the necessities. Breakfast was not bad either.
The room was a bit too small for two people with a puppy, however everything else was great.
