Good location, good parking. Good value for money. Most hotels in skopelos have super small and dodgy carparks, especially in skopelos town. This is only 1.5km away from town
Our double room was probably one of the older non renovated rooms, so a bit outdated. Still big and comfy tho. Hopefully, they will renovate all rooms as advertised.

The location is excellent if you have a car. Breakfast was decent but unremarkable: a standard, mainstream selection with nothing that stood out or reflected the five-star category. A mainstream buffet with predictable options, nothing you'd remember afterwards. Overall, nothing about the experience felt special.
The 350/night price does NOT correspond to the quality of materials and services and the missing attention in details. For instance the room we stayed in has two bathrooms. One of them has a shower. The main floor drain of the bathroom (not the shower drain) kept clogging almost immediately, so the bathroom would fill with water, which we had to hold back with towels to keep it from reaching the room. On the balcony there was a folding drying rack for towels and clothes that was broken; I fixed it temporarily myself with a small piece of wood. Nobody noticed this, and obviously nobody repaired it. The ashtray was not emptied on a daily basis, and the balcony was clearly not washed every day. The room was not mopped daily either, and the cleaning in general was inconsistent. These things are not acceptable for a five-star hotel.
