The hotel was well built and designed for entertainment with all facilities required. The front office is well laid out with excellent staff managing the front end of the hotel.
The location was over 1 km away from the booking.com and the Google may Pin. The address is correct but the pin location is not. I booked for the location only to be redirected away by over a km.

The staff was super nice. Food excellent, Bed so confortable, Pool was clean, close to the beach (walking distance to us, lol)
the AC in room 239 where we stayed. Water kept dripping form the AC after being fixed twice on the same day, we spent the next two days with the dripping water and soaking wet towel on the floor. Thanks God none of us trip over. Other than that, great!!

Close to the train station (Cilacap), breakfast was good and there were lots of choices.
The bathroom needs maintenance, they do not separate the shower room from the toilet, so it was a bit flooding when showered. Towels and sheets are old and coloured in yellow/brown, a bit disgusting to be honest. No hair drier so I didn't wash my hair during my stay, ugh!
