Because of how hot it was it took the box aircon about 3 hrs to cool until dwn. Was very pokey dwn kitchen end when using with 3 other ppl in until. Pool was green. Location was fantastic. Staff were very Loveland friendly.

From the first interaction with front of house staff Peter) felt welcome and comfortable, he was happy to show me to my room and where to park up for the night great bloke.

Our experience was horrible.

Our experience was scary. The owner opened the locked door whilst I was in the shower as they wanted to give us a slice of cake. My sister was in the other room and didn’t even walk over to the door. Seeing them open the lock door. We were modified and being two young girls we placed a chair near the door because we were scared of it them opening the locked door again. The pipes from the shower next door to us were going off and so loud from the shower. There was a horrible sewerage smell drifting through our room. There was no cleaning utilities left for us to clean our dishes. I went to give back my Keys and to complain about our experience as I never do and If I do it is always resolved. The owner was rude and dismissive of my complaint and asked me is there anything else to complain about and I said no then all he said was “okay…bye” not a sorry or anything. I explained how unprofessional opening the door up was especially if we didn’t answer and not even an apology. The worst thing was the shower was near the back door! I never write reviews like this but hate how the owner handled it with me after giving my keys back and how unprofessional he was and not sympathetic or empathic of me and how my sister and I felt.

Hello l sent them an email ahead of time letting them know we were smokers The female owner sent back no drugs how rude I would not recommend staying here as she is very rude and didn't even welcome us when we got there Very unprofessional We have stayed at alot of different places and never had anything like this happen to us I guess some people aren't ment to be hosts Certainly not this lady

we had a really comfy room and bed and great setup for travelling with our doggo’s the gardens were lovely and really made it feel very private.

a little hard to charge devices in the bedroom, rooms are a little dated but nothing bad really
