The hotel itself is nice (they are even installing an elevator right now!), and the position is just wonderful — you can reach the lake side by foot by walking around 15 mins. The room was as in the pictures. What I liked the most was, however, the staff and Janak, the hotel manager. He was super helpful in organizing my trip to Muktinath, and even when I told him at the end that I had a few issues during my trip, he was kind and receptive, and helped find a solution. I think this was what made then difference during my stay!

Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly, always alert to take requests. Food was great too, especially their chicken items like chicken chowmein, boneless chicken.
They arranged for all of my important transports without a hassle and helped me to pay for all using my credit card, something rare in Nepal.
Basically nothing to dislike. Maybe they can include complimentary breakfast.
