Petit-déjeuner parfait, rien ne manque. L'établissement est très calme, le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. Le restaurant est de très bon niveau.

Die Matratzen sind mir persönlich zu weich aber das ist in jeden Hotel ein Thema. Whirlpool muss manuel aktiviert werden alle 2 min. Die TVs im Zimmer sind sehr alt und haben kein streaming

The reception area, swimming pool were nicely designed.

I am not one to complain for the sake of it, but in my opinion this hotel is over-rated. We had a room with a bath but discovered that the hot water is temperature controlled at around 42c which is not very hot, but when I wanted a bath before dinner it ran cold. After a long drive that is really irritating. The real issue is the three course dinner. There is no choice for the starter or the pudding and only two for the main. We could not drink the onion and mushroom soup as it was so salty. That had to be returned in favour of a very plain green salad. The next course which consisted of beef, cabbage and potatoes was ruined by a very salty gravy. The pudding was some form of de-constructed cheese cake but I found it indelible as the texture was not pleasant and perhaps a little stale. So much for the gourmet dinner, serving food reminiscent of 30 years ago. The other irritation was a wine card that only had a couple of wines by the glass so no chance to taste decent German wine.
