I booked a room with air conditioned included in the price.
The owner told me It's not included and that I have to pay 5 euros extra for only one night to have Air conditioning.
Then I showed her that my booking included that service in the price.
She told me there is a mistake and she refuses to let me use air conditioning without paying extra money.
The point is: it's not my fault if there is a mistake between booking and the owner but she didn't understand that.
Besides that, I have to say that the breakfast is very very poor.
