Great price, friendly staff, good hot shower, clean facilities, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities. Great place, would stay again.
The only minor thing is only the small lockers had space for a padlock so could only fit phone, wallet etc in there. The other bigger lockers were shared. Would have preferred to be able to lock my stuff away but this is nit picking and not enough to take marks off my 10/10 review.

Excellent location with parking and 10 minute walk to Canterbury centre.
Wi-fi signal was limited and struggled to connect downstairs in the communal kitchen. Limited ventilation in dormitory as windows are designed not to fully open however a large fan was provided

The staff was wonderful and it's in a quiet part of town outside of the city centre; there's a Sainsbury nearby! I really like how there's a kitchen with plates, utensils, and stove and kitchen to use, and a dining area. There are games, a common area, and some space to park. There's lots of people staying so it feels safe, and it's very family-friendly. The bunk bed has an outlet and light, and the supply a locker, too! The showers are quite clean which makes the stay wonderful.
Nothing to dislike, just areas I hope can enhance the stay. It was tremendously hot inside the room and the windows don't quite open. They placed a large fan but it doesn't really help. If there's any way to help cool the rooms during the hot summer heatwaves, it will make the stay better because I sweated in bed and couldn't sleep. It would be lovely if there are curtains on the bed, and it would be extra extra nice if there's an ice machine. Luckily there was a Sainsbury 5 minutes away and I can buy some ice and food.
