Atendimento foi incrível, pessoas sempre solicitas à ajudarem, café da manhã bom,piscina aquecida excelente ,localização bem pertinho da Praia,mercado,feirinhas
Limpeza de quarto não ser todos os dias e troca de toalhas ,poxa vida às toalhas não eram boas, finas e nada brancas,e tinha que esperar para serem trocados ou pagar à mais , fomos em hotéis menores e mais simples q trocavam e faziam essa limpeza todos os dias. Não ter toalha para alugar ou cortesia para piscina, e tv que não tem um canal bom , mesmo viajando crianças tem pausas, assistem algo enquanto trocamos,arrumamos malas. Sobre às toalhas, vi muitas pessoas chegarem à reclamar . Ônibus de turismo na entrada do Hotel pela manhã, cedooo não sei se pra pegar clientes ou deixar com o motor ligado o tempo todo,quartos que estão de frente para rua pegam o barulho todo, mesmo sem ir para passeio cedo acaba acordando.

The room and the pool area were nice and well kept. The breakfast was nice and had good variety.
The music playing all day in the pool area was so loud that it was impossible to have any kind of rest in the afternoon. There were not enough towels and duvets for the three guests in the room when we arrived. The restaurant was understaffed and slow at night. Also, I believe that the photos should be agreed upon during the check in. It was unpleasant being chased by the photography team. Lastly, the desserts during served in the breakfast were a letdown given that the savoury section was great.
