The surroundings and the environment, there is activities for everyone. Lots of nature. It was quiet and as such not noisy given how much people that were there
Staircare to our facility coming off, there is a warning sign which means the management is aware of the damage. It can really cause a serious accident especially in the night. The tiles are pulling off and the stairs over the road is quite dirty.
The rooms where we stayed had dogs , every neighbors of ours in the facility has a dog, because we are allergic to fur, it was difficult. We complained to the reception, they told the hotel is fully booked, and that there is nothing they can do. Facility for customers with dogs should not be given to people without warning. It is our understanding that the area across the road where we stayed, was mainly for people with dogs.

The staff is good.
No kettle nor coffee in the room. The lamp at the corridor of the room did not work. Wall sockets by the bed did not work. Only hot meal at the breakfast- meatballs. (no omelette), and kaurapuuro. For the price I would expect pool tickets included. Beside spa, no sauna in the hotel.
