Well appointed, high ceilings, lots of natural light. 3min walk to beach, 5 mins to cranky cafe for breakfast, 10-15 mins walk to town depending on your destination. Friendly and helpful staff at reception.

Amazing location, and the accommodation certainly matches the location. Sprawling complex with two pools, tennis court, surf beach across the road, and a flat walk into town. Quality all round and very quiet when we visited. Would stay again for sure, really enjoyed the space of the apartment and the quality fittings, etc.

We love Merimbula, the beaches etc
There was no ceiling fan in the bathroom, had to leave the door open, some blinds were dirty, no proper wardrobe, looked like opp shop baskets, hole in the wall in our bedroom, blinds in main rm were see through, no privacy, a frypan in cupboard was filthy, so used another, was going to tell the lady at reception today but she was on the phone and i just handed her the keys.
