The view, the accommodation, the amenities were good. The location was beautiful.
Our balcony room was next to a chimney which would turn on a few times a day creating a lot of smoke and ashes that would stain our clothes. We were offered a room upgrade only on our last night even thought we had complain about it 2 days prior.
The manager tried to charge us for an extra breakfast which we didn't have. Only after arguing and being told that we were the worst customers and that they don't want to see us anymore we paid for what we had consumed.

apartment was dirty and even after cleaning crew came to clean it, with a bad attitude I might add, it was still dirty and the bathroom stank of mold.

The location was great and the view was stunning. The restaurant had a delicious buffet breakfast with lots of options. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and playroom with ping pong. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!
