The location for a tennis tournament was great as the hotel is onsite. Great lunchtime menu.
The rooms needed some soft lighting and the dark walls made the room feel like a warehouse as a result. No chair in the room which was weird. No coffee in the room either. A la carte menu was a bit limited. No special price for guest for use of gym. 15 euros a day was extortionate!

The lady at reception organised the washing and drying of our laundry for a very good price.
The apartment was not very well insulated for noise. Might be an issue for a light sleeper.

The property is located close to the city center, and has supermarkets and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The room was spacious and very clean, with large windows letting in plenty of natural light, but also thick curtains for when you need to block some of the sunlight. Room had a large TV, air conditioning, a stove, kettle and sink. Microwave was also available on the hallway. Basic bathroom, with a shower and no tub, but that was clearly presented in the description. Bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room in the dressing for clothes.I could check in and out easily at very late hours. Good communication with the staff.
There was a powerful permanent smell coming from the bathroom that could only be reduced partially by keeping the window open. It was most striking when entering the room, but you get used to it after a while. The water had a strange taste as well. I suggest removing the „drinkable water” sticker from the bathroom mirror.
Although it is mentioned in the property description, there is no 24 h reception desk. Checking in and out by yourself is available, and quite easy to do, but that does not equal 24 h reception. It is unnecessary misinformation and I don't know why they keep it like that. Also, because of my late arrival, I was asked to send the property my airplane ticket/reservation - that is not acceptable, since it includes private data that can be used to alter the reservation. I think they should be more careful about requesting this kind of information - landing and takeoff times are sufficient, especially since the room was paid for in advance. I took out the reservation code and ticket number before sending them the ticket, but I was very close to cancelling the reservation because of this, and would have promptly done so if they asked for unaltered ticket. I think it is just a poor choice of words, and it can be avoided by just asking the landing and departure times, or flight numbers, not the entire ticket.

Good location, clean facilities, kettle and fridge in the room, you can find shared microwave in the corridor.
The bed was horrible, highly uncomfortable, I usually prefer tougher beds, but this one although big and clean, was tougher than the carpeted floor in the apartment, I even checked if it really has a mattress underneath since it feels like sitting/laying on the table. I was unable to rest.
