I was travelling alone and a little apprehensive. The Manager of the property Geoff, was very helpful and accommodating both over the phone and in person. I felt extremely comfortable at the property and highly recommend it. A big thank you to Geoff who went above and beyond to help me feel safe and welcome. I highly recommend this property and will be staying there again next time I visit Coolum Beach in QLD, which is a beautiful place to visit.

The Manager was a lovely man named Geoff. He gave me lots of info and explained how everything worked.
I really liked that the apartment was bright and had good sun (travelled in QLD's "Winter"). Very good shower pressure and had hot showers. Slept reasonably well. Perfect walking distance to local shops, supermarket and surf club. Ocean is a very short walk and I could hear the waves at night with my window open- which was lovely. Bus stop a 5 minute walk and only costs 50 cents one way. I used it to get to Noosa in Hastings street which was better than trying to find a park. Washing machine with laundry liquid. I dried my clothes on the hanging racks in the sun. A dryer was available but I didn't use it. Great for families and retired couples.
Apartment 15 needs a few updates. Sharp knives in the kitchen for those of us who do like to prep some of our food on holiday. The sofa need replacing, they are very uncomfortable and if sitting on the sofa near the kitchen, it's easy to bang one's head on the kitchen ledge. While I appreciate some things can't be updated like small garages and pool and court in the middle of complex (sound bounces around with bouncing basketballs and children in the pool)..the tv systems need an upgrade with a bit more modern tech. I also think just as a nice touch the comp tea/coffee could be a bit better. I did bring my own coffee but it is always nice to have the option of a good quality tea/coffee/hot choc, just to elevate and personalise the stay. The tea I had tasted a bit old.

Large apartment, 2 bathrooms, cleaners did a good job cleaning with what they had but apartment in need of refurb, friendly front desk
The couch smelled bad, cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom, broken deadbolt on inside front door, heating/aircon upstairs only, downstairs cold, overpriced and looked nothing like the photos. Left early.
