First time in Naples, complete surprise once in the building, so unique and pretty. Every little detail ensures this place stands out like magic.

Excellent location. Cute little hotel. Ladies serving breakfast were lovely.
The virtual staffing! We had problems gaining access and had no phone connection to call for help. We eventually got in when a pizza delivery guy delivered to the same place. When I got on wifi and let the hotel know I simply got a terse message that I had contacted the wrong WhatsApp number for reporting such things. The hotel front door did not lock effectively so we often came out and found it wide open. Being the only people in the building with a front door that kept being left open was a weird feeling. And the receptionist on the tv screen during the day was just weird and Big Brother-like. Our only interaction was when she suddenly demanded to know who we are when we had already been there a couple of days. The few humans we met were lovely - please employ them to staff your hotel! The virtual staffing was jus cold and weird.
