I don’t know what the negative reviews are scathing for, yes it’s a bit dated, it’s not the flashiest place but it was cleaned well, the water temperatures fluctuate a bit in the shower but it is priced accordingly. I had a text message that my key was put in the lockbox and the code, no fuss no issues, didn’t actually speak to anyone but wasn’t a need to. My nearly 90 year old dad son and I have been traversing Tassie taking dad to see relatives and this stay was value for money. Had to turn down the a/c- heat pump in the middle of the night. I was ok with it!
Nothing really, needs an update but it was reasonable. No fuss accomodation.

It is conveniently located and got what I expected for the price.
Very outdated, beds were old and hard. Cleanliness was average. Had to hand in some towels etc. As they were stained. On the upside the cleaning lady I approached was lovely and even vacuumed out my room for me after I asked for a broom as she didn’t have one. Very basic
