Tepanee is easy to find near to the Malpascua ferry landing. It is a quiet and somewhat isolated corner of the island yet a very easy walk to anywere in the town. The ocean side villa was very private. A clean, and comfortable room. It was very memorable. One of or favorite stays in the Philippines.
The people were nice and helpful. The resort grounds are not large but nicely landscaped and maintained and fragrant with flowering trees. There is small marine reserve accessed directly from the hotel. There are schools of baby reef sharks that was the highlight of snorkeling in the area.
The dive shop we selected was very near the hotel.
Price was slightly higher than many for this area; but, worth it.

The view from the balconies of the rooms with the full ocean view are incredible. Do not miss your chance to get a balcony room, you will not regret it. The shark nursery right off of the beach is also incredible. To be able to swim with the baby sharks and all of the fish right off of your home beach, it is breathtaking and priceless.
There are a decent amount of steps on the property, so if you have a hard time walking or climbing steps, then it may be a little difficult to get around. But if you don’t have a problem with those things, then it is perfect.
