I like the slocation and staff were very friendly and accomodating. A staff gave me her own tampons as the property didn’t have any for the guests.
Lighting in the room was too dark.

Great location in the beating heart of Windsor. Rooms are ok but bit on the small side. Good staff, easy check in. close walk to the local train station with links to Waterloo and Slough Station

Great location
Phone system had you scan a QR code to reach the front desk, but it didn’t work. No USB ports. Burned out lightbulbs in my room. For what I paid, I thought it should be better quality. Food at the restaurant was terrible.
