Cannot fault this stay! Perfect central location, amazing for the convention centre which is where I was going, less than 5 minutes walk! Tonnes of great food places close. The owners and staff are all so wonderful, even super communicative in advance when I had issues with a data breach scam attempt from a booking.com go between company. Quite possibly the best breakfast we had both had at a BnB, you can have exactly what you want and the sausages are handmade! Other guests all friendly, and the decor of the place was lovely! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Richard and Judith are the perfect hosts. Friendly and very helpfull, giving us information on where's good to visit and the best restaurants. There house is spotless and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was superb with lots of choices. Great location 10 minutes walk to Turkish Baths and 15 minutes walk to town centre. We had a wonderful stay, we would definitely return.

It's a lovely B&B and decorated to perfection.
Rooms are lovely and very comfortable with everything you need.
Breakfast was first class with a good choice of options
Richard and Judy catered for me so we'll as I am a coeliac and gluten and lactose free.
Richard and Judy are such a lovely couple, they make you feel like you have known them for years and are so warm and welcoming to all their guests.
I can't give them enough praise, so if you are visiting Harrogate for whatever reason then I so recommend staying at there guest house and it's a five minute walk into Harrogate the bus station and train station.
Michael and Sue Leonard. 5 star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ from us.
