Food: breakfast was great - loved the juicer, large range of egg options, and on the whole it was fab. Dinner every night was also great - plenty of options, wine pairing with meals was great too.
Bar: great mixologists who made excellent drinks!
Food: lunch / afternoon buffet were pretty terrible. Lunch consists of the salad bar (same as the one at dinner) with 1 pasta and 1 meat option, which often were both dire. The 'afternoon buffet' was the lunch, but without the pasta and meat options, and without the cakes as promised.
Activities: upon arrival, we were told that there was yoga the next evening, and then we could go on a walk the day after. We turned up on the morning of the walk to take part, but were then told that we needed to book the day before to go on it. This is rather disappointing, especially since no one told us about the need to book the day before.
Room temperature: I would avoid coming here during the summer - as the rooms do not have A/C and when we came to stay in May, it was hard to sleep.
In general, we would have appreciated better explanations as to what to expect. E.g. that we need to book to go onto the walk, the locations where we could have lunch (we didn't realise that we could have it on the terrace!), the times when you could order cocktails (it's after 3pm).
