The room had everything you would need for a short stay and the staff were helpful when we requested a cot for the baby despite the late hour. The breakfast was great.
The hotel room "felt" old and it didn't feel the cleanest.

The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The 5km radius complimentary shuttle was essential to my stay and Takalani was lovely to talk to. The breakfast staff were efficient, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was lovely!
All in all, I couldn't wait to come back to my room at the end of each day.
There's nothing major, only inconsequential nitpicks. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast area close to the room and parking and spur in the vicinity
The bed was damaged, we did tell the front desk but no response.
We did request a change for the smoking room to non smoking. No response. The smell was bad.
