Nancy, who did everything to help us and gave us all the extra things we needed. I don't remember the name of the guy who was at the reception, but he was helpful too.
The location is excellent.
The bedroom is OK, but the curtains are thin, and a lot of light comes from the outside during the night; these aren't curtains for cold weather.
You can eat in the room, but there are no tables or chairs.
The bathroom fan doesn't work, and it takes at least 5 minutes with the faucet open to get hot water.
This is not a place for people with difficulties walking as it's full of stairs.
There's no variety for breakfast; every day is the same. Some days there was no white bread.

The breakfast room and common rooms were absolutely beautiful, and you felt as if you were in someone's home.
The bathroom is basic but clean and very functional.
The staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was very good.
Beds could be refreshed as they are not that comfortable. Offering a second pillow would be nice.

Great location, only 5 blocks back from the front. Clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly, welcoming. Great breakfast. Toilet room was v small but functional. I would be delighted to have the opportunity to stay there again.
