Very clean and nice pool.
It was a little far from the main town and port. It is not easy to access via taxi-quite expensive. There is a bus stop just outside the supermarket that will take you to the city. Tickets must be bought in advance from the coffee shop further ahead of the supermarket. Beware though- the bus might not stop which happens to us and led to a 30 minute wait. The bus stop to the beaches is opposite the coffee shop. This was very reliable.
We were provided with some information about buses on arrival but a handy help sheet might be useful for visitors with the information above.

The staff and reception were really nice! They gave tips and the breakfasts were very diverse in choice. The rooms were really clean and every day we would get clean towels and coffee cups for the machine there.
They also have 2 local cats that they feed and keep clean. They were cute and tried to cuddle upon arrival!
What we liked less about it was the location. Ofcourse we chose the hotel knowing we would have to walk 10-15 mins to the centre but the roads weren't great and multiple times the cars would drive by really fast, it being dangerous.
If you stay longer, you'll get tired of walking the roads to the centre of Naxos unless you have car.

Pool area was nice, beds were good and the pool itself was pretty good.
- Reception desk rarely staffed, e.g. upon arrival (5pm on a Sunday) reception was closed. I then went to speak to the lady in the morning regarding our room being unclean but no one was around for another half hour.
- Rooms were very basic (we had a deluxe double studio). Quite small and quite dated but overall did the job.
- The room wasn’t clean upon our arrival (hairs in and around the sink area), room was subsequently re-cleaned but still the hairs remained.
- Room was very noisy, we could hear all other rooms and noise from outside.
- Breakfast was quite poor, very unusual items and very little selection - the quality of items wasn’t great.
- The images on booking.com are not accurately representative of reality - the images have a filter applied which distorts it from reality.
