How near it was to activities and the lake with good views

The room was clean and comfortable. The bar was open when we arrived but closed later in the evening. The restaurant served us, even though the chef wanted to close the kitchen at 21:00, but we got food and drinks thanks to the friendly waiting staff. There were some parking spaces on site. The hotel is next to a lovely lake for swims and walks.

The chef tried closing the kitchen even as 10 of us arrived for dinner at 20:30, as per our booked time.

Location in new modern area with the view on lake. A room has separate toilet and a bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. I liked that it’s clean everywhere.

Location perfect to enjoy activities around the lake.

It lacks a lot of maintenance. We booked the most expensive suite available for our stay. For example, door stopper has been detached, shower rack has been broken and never replaced. Shower head is faulty, bathtub has chipped corners, swimming pool tiles are coming out. And it lack of personnel to clean the entire pool. Always wet and full of water stains. Many little things are seen as no repairs done. When there is this level of charges things should be perfect. But it seems that there is lack of care to everything in the hotel.
