Hotel felt very safe even though the general area is not the best. A hidden gem on the side of Signal Hill with views you cant find anywhere else. Very neat and tidy, staff were very friendly. Free parking was a plus.
From my room I could hear guests arriving and leaving. Noise from inside the hotel seems to echo. Overall it wasn't a lot, and didn't bother me too much. Note that you can't walk from the hotel into town, an Uber is better due to safety reasons.

The room was comfortable and I was grateful for the elevator.
There was very little natural ventilation in the room. I didn’t like that I had to switch the aircon on and off all the time. The room was too cold when aircon was off and too hot when aircon was on. Also I didn’t like the fact that meals were not halal.
