Just an overnight stop. Arrived late and left early so didn’t really sample what the hotel had to offer.
The building had lovely charm and the staff we met were very pleasant.

The lobby, dining room, and staircase were all very memorable. You got the feeling you were transported back in time to a dignified country manor. Dinner was fantastic. We dined in the atrium/sun room and the atmosphere was perfect. The food was also excellent. Breakfast was equally as good. Overall, it was a surprisingly enjoyable stay. We didn't expect such a nice place when we booked it. The staff were all very well trained, pleasant, and attentive. Logan was an especially good waiter for us.
We at least "liked" everything. The was no music during breakfast, but other than that, it was all very good and the lack of music was a minor oversight. We walked the grounds after breakfast and look forward to what the property will look like when you finish the gardens and other outdoor features.

My Shakshuka for breakfast was very nice and the room is lovely. Service was good, but there was only me at breakfast.

The bed was super comfy and views from the room are really nice too over open fields.
I couldn't get the room warm enough, 1 radiator worked at about 50%, 1 at 10% and I couldn't get anything out of the one in the bathroom. As I was there one night I didn't report this and maybe it was just me failing to work out the radiators.
The carpet in the room (4) is very stained. The perils of a plain carpet, potentially but either way it wasn't very nice to look at.
I would have liked some seeds and nuts and natural yoghurt for breakfast too
