Dovecliff Hall Hotel

Comfortable, big bed and a nice view from the room. Ver grand impressive venue entrance. really friendly staff. The tea tray was great and also bottled water.

The room was a little dated and there were a few bugs / cobwebs in the bathroom. No iron in the room, I arrived a little later in the evening so didn't want to inconvenience the night team asking for one so I used my straighteners. I didn't see phone in the room to contact reception if i needed anything and I was a while away from reception in room 9. A late arrival, I had had a shower and didn't really want to walk down to reception.

Everything was brilliant! Sitting in the garden during breakfast was perfect.

Only tiny thing we had was that the room was a touch warm, nothing worth complaining about though. It just meant shorts and a t-shirt instead!

Hotel is very dated, could do with an upgrade! I was given a room with bathroom which had obvious signs of water damage on the floor. The toilet kept flushing continuously which I reported to reception early evening on my way out. Was not repaired at that point and continued all through the night. That room should not have been sold with this problem.
