Excellent food , great spa

Pet macaws are illegal and wrong . The rooms were too hot at night and we could not open a single window

Everything is breathtaking! The most beautiful hotel in the Sacred Valley. Staff is amazing, the Spa is top and the facilities and service is amazing.

The old Church in the middle of the hotel gives you a sensation of being in another era with nature surrounding it and giving you just peace.

Beautiful property and grounds. Food at the hotel restaurant was amazing. Staff was very helpful and genuine. Love the movie popcorn.

Rooms can use a bit of updating.

The facilities and the hotel grounds were lovely.

The service from employees unfortunately did not match the facilities. When we checked in, the hotel employee walked us to our room, did not help with our luggage, and did not bring our room key with him. We had to wait for him to go back to the front desk to get us a room key, and then he only made one for the four of us, which meant that none of us could go to the fitness center or wander the grounds without all of us going together. Later we called for more bottles of water, and we asked for six bottles but they would only give us four. Finally, at breakfast the next morning, it took more than 40 minutes to get two lattes. We had to ask multiple servers many times to finally get them. Overall very disappointing service from a very expensive resort hotel.
