The hotel is as the name suggests is the old train station house. It's beautiful inside and has kept It's historical charm. Our room was good size and opened out on to the old platform. The breakfast was so good with a selection and breads, eggs , sil, cheese etc. A real swedish breakfast
The restaurant was not open during our stay, it would have been nice if there was a bar

The location, and the historical building were phenomenal. We could watch the ferries arrive in the harbour. Also the breakfast was beyond expectation.
From 07:00 to around 22:00, there was music playing somewhere in the building. This was audible in the room.

Basically if you need a place just to sleep, Stationen is a very good option. The breakfast was simple and good. I liked the decoration and the staff was super friendly! Stationen is 5-10 walking distance from restaurants and bars and just next to the bus and train station.
Even if we had a private toilet at the hallway, it's not very comfortable. Not sure about the cleanliness especially the bathroom.
There were not shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom.
