The place is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the lakefront clean and great for swimming, the nature is beautiful, the spa is beautiful. Food was very delicious
Service was a huge let down unfortunately. For the price that you are paying for the stay the service was a disappointment. Everyone seemed lost and with zero interest in welcoming and caring for people. The biggest attention is needed for restaurant - they make you feel like they are doing you a favour instead of their job. And the beach staff need some training. You had to ask for help or service so many times that at some point was easier to just not get anything. Or they would just tell you to come to them vs coming to you.

Getting there it is not very tourist friendly especially given 5* hotel status.
