The foyer and pool side were the highlight of the hotel as these looked like they had been maintained a lot and fairly new as well.
Breakfast was okay but didn't have any hot food choice for the size of the hotel
The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke enough English to get by for what we needed. They always were on hand for taxis or any help we needed
Once you left the beautiful foyer to go to your room, the hotel showed it's true colours. Instantly the lift smelt of an old hotel and the carpets looked like they hadn't been hoovered in a while. Once we entered the room, you could instantly notice that the floors didn't look like they hadn't been cleaned fully, lots of dust, a smell of old hotel furniture. Overall not a great experience for us. Very disappointed and actually the worst hotel in our 3 weeks in Argentina and Chile so I definitely won't be recommending this. The location is good if you want to use the arena facilities but for tourists to visit Mendoza as a city it's pretty far out.
