The location is very central, the staff are professional and helpful, the valet service was included in my booking and it was so helpful honestly the breakfast is great with lots of choice

As a non-first-time guest, I was truly impressed by the exceptional level of care, kindness, and attention I received. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Nadim Hader for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care in making my stay comfortable and memorable. His warm and thoughtful approach made me feel welcomed and truly valued from the very beginning.
I would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Salma for her warm smile, welcoming spirit, and gracious manner. Her kindness and excellent way of dealing with guests left a wonderful impression and reflect the high standard of your hotel and its team.

The location, free vallet parking, elevators and friendly staff.
The bed is too soft and not comfortable for me and the room is not so clean. Need to improve the cleanliness.
