Very friendly, helpful, smiling staff. Great location in the middle of St Denis. Loved the charm of this place and there were lounges and chairs dotted all around the property to relax in.
I was disappointed that the hot tub was in fact cold! But this was a minor issue….

Arrivée dans la chambre heureux de voir une baignoire. La chambre un peu petite, et la télévision mal placée, par apport au lit. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et diversifié. Et le personnel est à l'écoute et disponible.

Lovely building with charm, and lovely helpful staff. Nice to have a swimming pool in a town center hotel, and that's why we chose this hotel. Close to all the shops and restaurants.
The bed was not comfortable and we could not air the room. It smelled of cleaning products when we came, which is a good sign, but we would have liked to air the room though.
