Superb

Our room cards were already prepared so it was easy to check-in. The room was quite spacious and nice, the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and the owners were super friendly and helpful.

A very pleasant place to stay.

I arrived very late at night and the manager arranged the key pickup without personal contact, which worked very well. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. Since I arrived at breakfast quite late, I didn't have time to enjoy it as much as I would have liked, which was too bad because the buffet offered a very good selection and variety.

That my stay was only for one very short night.

Pleasant host and generally comfortable.

I paid cash and was charged on my card, as well. Although a refund was processed, promptly, I still lost out through bank charges and fx losses which were not refunded. Hence the value for money was poor.

Beautiful location in the heart of magical Murnau.

Location made the whole stay very easy. It was right in the center of all the main points. We really enjoyed the stay and would happily come back again.

Hmmmm.... perhaps how booking.com operates. It made things very complicated. It wasn't easy to adapt our booking. We had to contact the hotel many time directly. This is something that could and should be improved.

The appartement is quite spacious, but bit oldish. The shutters do not work, so even in the bathroom/WC you have view to the next house :)

I look forward to staying here again in future.

Excellent central location in Murnau with parking provided. The room was perfect for me - good mattress and bedding, a small desk, excellent and reliable wifi, nice bathroom, very clean. Good and generous breakfast. Friendly and attentive hosts.
