Nice, comfortable and safe.

Pool was very nice, quiet. Free parking. Breakfast was very good, cooked to order, fresh. Beds were comfortable. very nice staff, and the owner was attentive and polite. Enjoyed my stay, and I am returning with a friend in January.

Cute small hotel and great value

Hotel owner and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Love this area, and this is a great option for the price. The pool area and how it's decently shaded is great as well.

Everything you need for a stay in Sámara

Everything you need for a stay in Sámara: good clean rooms, a nice bathroom, air con, pool, and with breakfast included in the price it's a fairly cheap option too.

It's a 15-minute walk from the beach, which you might want to consider if you have mobility issues. It seems further in the heat!

Time well spent in paradise!

The breakfast was great. Fresh and delicious. The pool was small and clean while the room itself was bigger than expected with beautiful wood ceiling. The staff and owner or manager were excellent, friendly and trustworthy. Would recommend absolutely!

Great base for second half of our week in Samara

Staff were welcoming and helpful and rooms were very clean. We loved the view from breakfast.

Breakfasts were perhaps not as tasty as other places we stayed.

A beautiful and friendly oasis close to the beach, yet private.

We loved the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful. Our room was large with all of the amenities and a beautiful garden balcony overlooking the pools. Breakfast was excellent. It was a short walk to the beach. And Sámara has the best restaurants with fresh seafood! The internet was fast and reliable.

Staff is sweet and helpful. Breakfast is generous. Coffee machine and fridge in de room is great! Bed was very comfortable!

The ambiance in the hotel is weird. The pool gives you a cramped feeling. There are so many things stalled and hanging there, I did not like it at all. You can also not swim there since they built an underwater barrier (wall) in the middle.... I have no idea why. The building itself is unique... I would like to meet the architect. First you walk some steps up to the lobby, then down to the pool and the first set of rooms. If you have a room on 1st floor then you walk up, down, up ,up.... if you have luggage then this is just torture. The free parking is locked and you need to get a member of staff to open the gate for you. To access the parking you have to walk alongside the hotel, which is a slippery. When you drive out of the parking you are on a very muddy dirt road with large holes... The location is a bit out of the town. It is doable to walk even in the evening to get a snack or drink but is can be a but dangerous due to the traffic. Bring a flashlight.

Really enjoyed my short but sweet stay in Samara at this hotel. Would recommend!

Nice oasis, quiet and peaceful with incredibly helpful staff (thanks Gilbert & Fernanda in particular for all your advice with transport and just being lovely/approachable anytime) Great breakfast each morning. Very clean facilities and all in all, just a great place to stay. Felt like a home away from home 😊

Lovely staff and top breakfast

The staff were absolutely lovely; really friendly and helpful. Good traditional Tico breakfast and coffee and we were very glad of the room's air conditioning.

Some of the communal areas – around the pool and the upstairs reading/exercise room – were a bit cluttered. They would benefit from less furniture and more space, perhaps removing some of the pool loungers/chairs from the former and the exercise equipment from the latter.

It was perfect. The room was spotless and the pool was very nice. The breakfast was really good but the best part was the staff. Everybody was very nice but the young man, who was in charge most of the time during our stay stood out because he was super friendly and helpful.

A nice pizza party by the pool that night and a nice breakfast the next morning. It’s a great place to stray !

Great place with AC, helpful staff and a delicious breakfast! Would Definitely stay here again.

I loved the privacy and calm atmosphere of this hotel! the AC (which is a must for me) was great, the staff were kind and very helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal! would definitely stay here again.

The bed was a little hard for me and the location was just slightly more out of town than I expected. however, it was an easy 10 minute walk into town or the beach.

Perfect spot for a great holiday in Samara !

I spent a month and could have stayed longer. Spent some of the time traveling on my own and felt very safe out and about during the day and evening. The staff was great. Special shout out to Didi and Estiven who went out of their way to accommodate me and to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Leo was great in helping to arrange excursions, taxis etc. Accommodations were very comfortable, a/c worked great and the breakfast was tasty. The housekeeping staff worked very hard and kept everything spotless. The pool was clean and refreshing in the afternoon. Loved the location! Just out of town which meant quiet for sleeping but within walking distance to the beach and town. I ended up renting a bike but would have been fine without. I look forward to staying again next year! Thank you Angelo for a great stay! (Your noisy Canadian)
