Kiefer upgraded us to a suite,which we very much appreciate,everyone was very nice and made us feel special,thanks to Rudy and Roi for their great service.Food was delicious.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really did everything they could to help organize our transports and gave us excellent service at the reception and in the restaurants. We were there for Ironman Cebu and they helped organize our transfers, gave us extra rugs to clean and assemble our bike, gave us healthy dried fruit and cereal snacks the night before the event…so many little details that didn’t go unnoticed. They really went out of their way to make us feel valued and to make prepare us for the race. They have an amazing breakfast buffet selection and the staff in general is just super friendly.
Nothing much, maybe just that it’s a 15 min walk from the start of the race since the roads were closed starting 4am on the morning of the event. But that wasn’t a big issue as they organized a shuttle at 3:30am for the athletes just before the road closures.
We decided to maximize our sleep and just walk there since the race only started at 6am.
