Very nice location, not far from the promenade. Lovely staff and great breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable. We really liked the little “shop” downstairs where you get drinks and snacks and put it your room account.
Parking is small and could be an issue if you want to explore with your car but it is also a plus that they have parking in the first place 😊

This hotel is outstanding on its own, but compared to many of the other hotels in Rimini – which often feel stuck in the 1980s – it is a true gem.
The first thing that deserves special praise is the staff. After staying in hundreds of hotels around the world, I honestly struggle to remember another place where the team was so genuinely passionate about what they do and so eager to help. The service feels effortless, and every process is exceptionally well organized. The management deserves real credit for creating such an atmosphere.
The second highlight is the design and the incredible attention to detail. The hotel feels like a small design museum filled with fascinating pieces. Even though there's an elevator, I'd recommend taking the stairs at least once to enjoy this "exhibition." What's even more impressive is that the design never comes at the expense of practicality. Everything is thoughtfully engineered – from the extra hallway doors that keep noise and heat away from the rooms, to rooms that stay pleasantly cool even after you remove the key card, to the complimentary still and sparkling water station and the 24-hour self-service bar.
The breakfast is another standout feature. Instead of a traditional buffet, the friendly staff personally serves each dish you choose, briefly explaining what it is. Many of the dishes are freshly prepared by the hotel's chef, which makes breakfast feel much more personal and enjoyable than the usual hotel experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rimini. While it is located away from the city center, I don't see that as a disadvantage. The central beachfront area is largely the same – an endless row of hotels, souvenir shops, and busy restaurants. If you plan to visit Rimini's beautiful historic old town – which I strongly recommend – you'll still have a long walk from the seafront regardless of where you stay.
Among the minor inconveniences, which, however, are not related to the hotel itself and do not detract from the overall excellent impression, it is worth noting the reconstruction of the pedestrian section of the promenade near the hotel. This does not interfere with the use of the beach itself, but it spoils the view and makes walking a bit inconvenient. However, the quality of the hotel itself certainly outweighs this minor issue compared to other options.
