The place, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the place was super clean but my concern is I asked to clean the room twice with no response from the cleaner service “ by choosing the cleaning service from inside the room not the staff themselves”. Also, my booking didn’t appear to them and there was no 2 beds room available for me which I already booked so they took time to arrange another room for me after my arrival. But over all I liked it

The location is good, but it’s about a 15-minute walk to the prayer area of the Haram Mosque. The room was comfortable, and they kindly allowed me to check in earlier than the scheduled time. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Waseem, who was extremely helpful and cooperative throughout my stay. The price was also very reasonable for the value offered.
I can’t remember anything negative to mention. Everything was just right.

A clean hotel near Masjid Al Harram

The hotel is very close to Al-Masjid Al-Haram. You can reach the Haram on foot in around 10 minutes. It is also located on Ibrahim Al-Khalil Street, which is very convenient.
The Wi-Fi connection was very poor in the room. We were staying on the first floor, but the Wi-Fi was still very weak and slow.
The breakfast costs 50 SAR per person, which I found quite expensive, especially considering the limited variety. We have stayed at other hotels where breakfast was cheaper and offered a better selection.
The staff service and attitude were quite average. On our first night, the staff member responsible for our check-in did not provide us with basic information, such as where breakfast was served or what time it started. This is not what I would expect from a hotel, especially when welcoming guests for the first time. The only exception was the lady at the breakfast payment counter, who was helpful and polite.
The room itself was very basic, and the bathroom was lacking some essential equipment. Overall, the room and bathroom did not meet our expectations.
