I had an enjoyable stay and would have stayed another night had they had availability.

It is well located. Easy to walk into town as well as bus stand.

There wasn’t really anything to dislike although I would have liked a bit more choice regarding breakfast.

The drop off area should be under cover .get wet during rainy season.

Good helpful staff. Location was good.

No body was available to carry my bags to the room. Only one towel in the room for 2 people.

Disappointing

It was clean.

TV was not working. Electric Kettle was not working. Air-conditioned was playing up.

Good location but some facilities not up to standard (no hot water or hand towels)

Handy location being right in the town and also with swimming pool. Breakfast was also good.

Bathroom wasn't very neat and tidy. Shower wasn't good at all with shower rose almost falling apart. Shower didnt have hot water instantly....Had to keep cold water running for a long time to get hot water flow through. No face towel/hand towels or swimming towels available, only supplied with bath towels. When requested with reception, was told only room service had keys to lockers so couldnt give us extra towels.

My stay for 6 days, only liked 10%.

Location closer to town so no hassle for parking in town. Pool for my kids. But pool needs good clean too.

Water doesn't come when you rushing for family commitments. Poor lighting for dressing up for weddings or any other occasion. Tube lights makes noise at night time wen try to sleep. Earthworm came into the bathroom. Cleanliness around taps and shower. Tiles, towels, beddings out of date. No mattress protector or fitted sheet, just 1 sheet on top which slips away. Staff doesn't greet or smile.

The only thing I like about this place is the location !

To begin with there was some sort of confusion with our booking, but we managed to get into a room, but don't be fooled by the pictures you see, not quite sure when was the pictures taken but the building is dated, room smells musty, beddings are crawled with bedbugs with which we were told just to chuck them outside and at the end of our stay we asked at reception if we owed anything and was told we owed nothing and it was all good, I was under the impression they gave us an extra night due to the no show for the first night and just when we arrive back home to be told we still owe a night's accommodation when we were clearly told we owed nothing and have settled everything!! Charged way to much for what the building and service is worth just sad for the renowned friendly North !

The location

Even though the room was clean my husband nearly slipped in the bathroom. The shower had been left on so there was water on the bathroom floor, also found dead cockroaches in the bathroom. The next morning there were coackroaches running around in the bathroom. There was rubbish around the pool area.

Average stay. Great location

Location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Much maintainence was needed. Things were broken and missing. We were supplied one towel and one mug for 2 people. Was very noisey as an event was happening in the evening. We had a poolside room.

can’t use pool, as it’s for the locals to get drunk around

I like this place, good staff and food with a pool.

drunk people all around the pool all night long. how can we use the pool if there is outsides calling rude remarks and making us uncomfortable! decide if the facilities are for the guests or outsides who are drunken.

The hotel was a short walk from the bus station and markets. The restaurant, room and pool area were attractive.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESTAURANT - THE FOOD OPTIONS WERE ADEQUATE. THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT.

THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT. THE BREAKFAST CHOICES WHERE GOOD. THE RESTAURANT STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. THE ROOM SIZE IS GOOD.

THE LINNEN IS SO OLD IT IS GREY. THE TOWELS ARE THREAD BARE. THE FURNITURE IN THE ROOM IS MORE THAN DATED. THE LIGHTING IS DODGY.
